If the Open in OneNote or Edit in OneNote command in OneNote for the web doesn’t work, it means there’s something wrong with the add-on that this command uses. There are several things you can do to get the add-on working.
First of all, make sure you have Microsoft OneNote 2010 or later installed on your computer because earlier versions of OneNote won't work with this command. Then check the settings for your browser in the following table.

If that’s the envelope size you need, click OK to close the Envelope dialog and then go on to Step 2 of the Mail Merge Manager.If you want to use an envelope size other than #10 standard business size, keep reading. Follow these steps to choose your envelope’s size for the mail merge:.In the Mail Merge Manager, click Select Document Type and then choose Create New→Envelopes.Word creates a #10 standard business size envelope by default. Then click OK to close the Envelope dialog.
